– New regulation update –

The french government has presented the draft finance law for 2023. The main tax measure for the companies is the decision to remove the CVAE tax.

It is proposed to remove the CVAE tax over two years : 50% decrease of the tax in 2023 and complete removal in 2024.

The french governement continues its policy to reduce the taxes on companies.
